Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send the items back. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applies whether or not anything is wrong with the item.
Because every item is made to order, production begins shortly after you place your order. You can cancel from your account within one hour of ordering. After that, production may already have started, but your 14-day right to cancel after delivery still applies in full.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than was necessary to check its fit and condition — the same way you would in a shop.
Return postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. If you cancelled your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@forgedbysweat.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace it free of charge or refund you in full, including postage. You will not need to pay to return it.
This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
