Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

• Orders of £50 and over — free UK delivery
• Orders under £50 — £5.99 standard UK delivery

The correct rate is applied automatically at checkout.

How long it takes

Every ForgedBySweat item is made to order rather than held in stock, so there is a production stage before your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made, then 1 to 3 working days in transit.

Orders containing items from more than one range may arrive in separate parcels, on different days, at no extra cost to you. Nothing has gone wrong if this happens.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our production partner.

Delays

Occasionally production or courier delays occur. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch email, email support@forgedbysweat.co.uk and we will chase it for you.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Once an item has entered production we may not be able to change it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further delivery charge.
